Teriyaki Bacon-Wrapped Turkey Breasts with Cream Sauce (Serves 4)
Here's what you will need:
  · 1 package Teriyaki Bacon Wrapped Turkey Breasts (4, 6oz. servings)
  · 1 tsp. olive oil
  · 1 cup water or chicken broth
  · 2 tbsp. prepared Dijon-style mustard
  · 2 tbsp. fruit jam (raspberry, cherry or plum)
  · 1/4 cup cream (may substitute 1 tbsp. butter)
  · Ground black pepper
  · Chopped parsley

Brown frozen bacon-wrapped breasts in olive oil in heavy skillet on all sides for about 2 minutes. Add 1 cup water or chicken broth and cover. Reduce heat to simmer and cook breasts until done, about 20-25 minutes. Remove breasts from pan and keep warm in serving dish. Reduce liquid in skillet to about ¼ cup. Add mustard and jam and stir to thicken. Finish sauce by whisking in cream or butter. Pour sauce over breasts and garnish with parsley.

Cumin Rice
Here's what you will need:
  · 1 1/2 cups rice
  · 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
  · 2 tsp. cumim seeds
  · 1 large clove garlic, minced
  · 1 tbsp. butter
  · Salt
  · 1 large potato, diced

Melt butter in covered skillet. Add garlic and cumin. Stir for 30 seconds to release flavor. Add diced potato and salt and cook for one minute, stirring constantly. Add rice, and continue to stir over medium heat for about 3 minutes until potatoes and rice shows some light browning. Add chicken broth and cover pot. Reduce heat to simmer until rice is done, about 20 minutes.

Stir-Fried Bok Choy
Here's what you will need:
  · 1 or 2 bunches Bok Choy (Chinese green cabbage)
  · 1 tbsp. oil
  · 1 clove garlic, minced
  · 1 tbsp. soy sauce or Chinese oyster sauce

Cut bok choy into 1 inch pieces. Heat oil in wok or large skillet. Add garlic and cook for one minute, then add bok choy. Cook over high heat for another minute or so until bok choy begins to show deep color. Add soy sauce or oyster sauce and cook for 30 additional seconds.
