Mediterranean Chicken Sausages

Mediterranean Chicken Sausages (Serves 4)
Place four frozen sausages on medium high heat in skillet with cover. Brown on both sides, then add ½ cup water to pan, cover, and reduce heat. Cook until completely done, about 15 minutes.

Rice-a-Roni
Follow package directions. (Kitchen Hint: Be sure the water is warm before adding it to the cooking rice!)



Caramelized Raddichio
Mediterranean Chicken Sausages Here's what you will need:
  · 3 cups finely shredded raddichio
  · 1 clove garlic, chopped
  · 1 tbsp. olive oil
  · Salt and pepper
  · 1/2 cup water
  · 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar

Saute shredded radicchio over medium heat with chopped garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper for about 3 minutes. Add water and balsamic vinegar. Reduce heat and stir occasionally for about ten minutes until liquid is evaporated and radicchio is tender.
