Celebrity Oven Roasted Pork Loin with Orange Marmalade Glaze (Serves 4-8)
Celebrity Foods' Oven Roasted Pork Loin with Orange Marmalade Glaze Here's what you'll need:
  • 1 pkg. Celebrity Oven Roasted Pork Loin with
Orange Marmalade Glaze (about 2 lbs.)

Follow package directions. Heat frozen fully-cooked pork loin for approximately 50 minutes in 350 degree oven or follow microwave instructions. Glaze roast with marmalade after heating. Serve with plain steamed or boiled rice.




Plain Rice (Serves 4 - recipe may be doubled)
Here's what you'll need:
  • 2 cups rice
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tsp. salt

Bring water and salt to rapid boil in saucepan with lid. Add rice, cover pot, and reduce heat to very low for 15 minutes. Remove pan from stove and keep covered for an additional 5 minutes before removing lid.

Stir-Fried Vegetable Salad Stir-Fried Vegetable Salad (Serves 4-8)
Here's what you'll need:
  • 1-2 cups assorted vegetables (fresh or frozen), cut into diagonal
pieces or long strips (Pictured: Celebrity frozen carrots, shiitake
mushrooms, yellow bell pepper)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 cups salad greens

Heat olive oil over medium high heat. Add garlic and stir for about 30 seconds, then add assorted vegetables. Cook for 2-3 minutes on medium high heat, then add soy sauce and cook for an
additional minute. Pour over salad greens and toss to mix.
