Platinum Stovetop Barbecued Wild Salmon (Serves 2-3)
(Kitchen Hint: Recipe may easily be doubled or tripled) Here's what you'll need:
• 1 pkg. Celebrity Wild Salmon Fillets (2 fillets, approximately .75 lbs total)
• 1 tsp. olive oil (butter may be substituted)
• 2 Tbsp. bottled barbecue sauce
Prepare barbecue sauce mixture: Mix olive oil (or melted butter) with your favorite bottled barbecue sauce.
Place partially defrosted salmon fillets, skin side down, in a preheated Platinum pan. Coat fillets with barbecue sauce mixture. Cover pan and continue cooking for 15 minutes until done.
For other types of pans: use preheated skillet with cover. Place partially defrosted salmon fillets, skin side down, in heated ungreased skillet and coat with barbecue sauce mixture. Cover and cook on medium low for 10-15 minutes until done.
Platinum Stovetop Steamed Broccoli (Serves 2-4) Here's what you will need:
• 1/2 cup frozen Celebrity Broccoli per person
Place frozen broccoli spears in Platinum steamer insert. After putting sauce on salmon fillets in pan, insert steamer pan and then cover. Continue to cook broccoli and salmon fillets for 15 minutes until done.
