Celebrity Grilled T-Bone Steaks (Serves 2-3) Here's what you'll need:
• 1 pkg. Celebrity T-Bone Steak (each steak = 20oz, about 1.25lbs.)
• Salt and pepper
• Montreal Steak Rub seasoning (optional)
Season steak with salt, pepper and spice rub. Grill or broil to desired doneness.
Pat's Baked Beans (Serves 6-8) Here's what you will need:
• 2 28oz. cans Bush's Barbecue Baked Beans
• 1/4 cup ketchup
• 1/8 cup yellow mustard
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1 large yellow onion, very thinly sliced
• 3-4 slices Celebrity bacon, cut into fourths
Mix beans, ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar together and place in an 8x8 baking dish. Top the beans with a layer of thinly sliced yellow onions.
