with Sweet, Sour and Spicy Sauce Steamed Rice

Celebrity Tempura Shrimp
Tempura Shrimp Here's what you'll need:
  • 1 pkg. Celebrity Tempura Shrimp
(use as much shrimp as you need per person)

Heat shrimp on baking sheet in 375 degree oven for about 11 minutes or deep-fry in hot oil for about 4 minutes, turning once. Serve with Sweet, Sour and Spicy Dipping Sauce.





Sweet, Sour and Spicy Dipping Sauce
Here's what you'll need:
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 dried red chile, minced (may substitute fresh or 1 teaspoon red chile flakes)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Combine cornstarch with water in saucepan. Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil over medium heat. Stir constantly until sauce thickens and becomes translucent, about one minute. Remove from heat and serve with Celebrity Tempura Shrimp.

Celebrity Stir-Fry Vegetables
Here's what you'll need:
  • 1/2 cup Celebrity Stir-Fry Vegetables per person
  • 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vegetable or peanut oil for stir-frying per 1/2 cup of vegetables
  • 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce per 1/2 cup of vegetables

Heat oil in wok or frying pan. Add garlic and ginger, and cook for 30 seconds, then add frozen vegetables over high heat. Stir constantly until vegetables turn color (about 3-5 minutes). Add soy sauce and stir. Serve warm.
