Thyme-Dusted Pork Chops (serves 4)
Thyme-Dusted Pork Chops Here's what you'll need:
  • 1 pkg. Celebrity Center Cut Pork Chops
(Boneless or Bone-in) (4 chops -
about 1.25 - 1.5 lbs. total)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh or dried thyme, crushed
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • olive oil

Generously season frozen pork chops with salt, pepper, and crushed thyme. Brown chops in a lightly oiled skillet over medium-high heat, turning once, until both sides are golden brown. Place skillet in center of the over at 400° F. and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until chops are done. Serve warm.

Fennel Carrot Bake Fennel Carrot Bake (serves 4-6)
Here's what you'll need:
  • 3 fennel bulbs, sliced thin
  • 3 carrots, sliced thin
  • 3 teaspoons fresh thyme
  • 1 cup pecorino or parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375° F. Toss all ingredients except for 1/4 cup of the pecorino together in a large bowl until evenly coated. Spoon into baking dish and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake in center of the oven until vegetables are very soft and the cheese crust is golden brown, about one hour.
