  • 1-2 zucchini, cut into 1/4" cubes
  • 1/2 white onion, medium dice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 large chunk ginger, minced
  • salt to taste
  • 1 pkg. Celebrity Ground Pork (about 1lb.)
(may substitute Celebrity Ground Beef or
Celebrity Ground Turkey Breast Meat)
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 2-3 tablespoons Szechuan hot bean paste
(available in Asian food section)
  • 4 green onions, minced
  • 3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Szechuan ground peppercorns (optional)
  • 1/2 pkg. Celebrity Spaghetti (about 1/2lb.), cooked and drained

Cook spaghetti according to package directions, and drain well. Heat oil in wok or sauté pan. Add garlic, ginger, and onions and stir on high heat for one minute. Salt to taste. Add zucchini and continue to stir continuously for two more minutes, until onion and zucchini show light browning. Remove vegetables from pan and keep warm. Add ground pork, soy sauce and hot bean paste, and cook over medium heat until pork is thoroughly cooked and has absorbed other ingredients. Return vegetables to pan and mix together gently for about one minute. Pour meat and vegetable mixture over cooked spaghetti. Garnish with minced green onion, chopped cilantro, and ground Szechuan peppercorn (optional).
