Wild Pacific Cod in Ginger Sake Sauce (Serves 2-4) Here's what you'll need:
• 1 pkg. Celebrity Wild Pacific Cod Fillets (2 fillets, 5-7 oz. each) (about 3/4 lb.)
• 3/4 cup sake (may substitute white wine or sherry)
• 1/2 cup light soy sauce
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
• 1/4 teaspoon salt • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
Heat sake, soy sauce, sugar, ginger, and salt to low simmer in covered sauce pan. Place frozen fillets inside pan and cover. Simmer for 7 minutes, then turn fillets over and simmer for an additional 7 minutes. Keep warm on serving platter. Bring sauce mixture to boil and reduce liquid by half. Drizzle over warm fillets and garnish with thinly sliced green onions. Serve with steamed rice and Celebrity Stir-Fry Vegetables.
