Platinum Flank Pinwheel Steaks on Toasted Bread with Mozzarella & Parsley (serves 2-4)
Here's what you'll need:
• 1 pkg. Celebrity Flank Pin Wheel Steaks
(2 8 oz. steaks) (about 1 lb.)
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
(may substitute butter)
• salt and pepper
Heat Platinum frying pan on medium until the gauge reads above 40. Add olive oil to pan. Place frozen flank pin wheel steaks in pan, salt and pepper to taste, then cover. Cook over medium to low heat for about five minutes, then rotate steaks to sear other sides at least two more times. Cook for about 20 minutes over medium to low until steaks are cooked through and cheese is melted. Slice thin and serve on toasted crusty bread.
Platinum Garlic Lemon Asparagus (serves 2-4)
Here's what you'll need:
• 8-10 stalks of fresh asparagus
• 1 teaspoon olive oil
• 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• salt and pepper
Toss asparagus in olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Add asparagus to Platinum pan about three minutes before steaks are done. Replace cover. After two minutes, turn asparagus, continue to cook for an additional minute. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over asparagus before serving.
