Cheese Manicotti in Meat Sauce (Serves 4)
Cheese Manicotti in Meat Sauce Here's what you'll need:
  • 1 pkg. Celebrity Cheese Manicotti with
Meat Sauce (about 2 1/4 lbs.)

Defrost Manicotti thoroughly overnight in refrigerator. Cover tray with foil. Heat in 350° oven for 45 minutes to one hour until bubbling.

Tricolore Salad
Here's what you'll need:
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped green-leaf lettuce
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped fennel bulb
  • 1 1/2 cups raddichio
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup shaved Parmesan cheese

Arrange vegetables individually on platter. Shave fresh Parmesan cheese on top. Dress with Basil Balsamic Vinaigrette.

Basil Balsamic Vinaigrette
Here's what you'll need:
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients except olive oil and blend well. Slowly whisk in olive oil until emulsified. May store extra dressing in refrigerator for up to one week.
