Raspberry Champagne Spiral Ham (Serves 14-18)
Raspberry Champagne Spiral Ham Here's what you'll need:
  • 1 Celebrity Raspberry Champagne Spiral Ham

Preheat oven to 350° F. Remove all wrapping material from ham. Bake ham with the fat side up for about 10 minutes per pound (50-70 minutes, depending on weight).

Asparagus with Green Garlic and Wild Mushrooms Asparagus with Green Garlic and Wild Mushrooms (Serves 8-10)
(Recipe may be doubled)
Here's what you'll need:
  • 3 lbs. fresh asparagus spears, cleaned and cut into thirds
  • 1/2 lb. wild mushrooms, cleaned and cut into 1-inch lengths
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4-5 bulbs green garlic, minced (may substitute shallots)
  • salt and pepper

Melt butter over medium heat and add minced green garlic. Cook for a minute or so, then add mushrooms. Cook for 3-4 minutes until mushrooms release their juices, and the liquid has evaporated. Add asparagus and continue to cook for about 5 minutes until asparagus turns bright in color. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
