For the Wasabi Cream • 1 tablespoon prepared Wasabi (Japanese horseradish) • 2 tablespoons cream • 1/2 teaspoon salt • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Remove frozen Ahi steaks from package and coat each with soy sauce. Using tongs, then place steaks on plate covered with sesame seeds, turning once to coat. Heat oil in sauté pan over medium heat. Cook steaks over medium heat for about 8-10 minutes for medium rare, turning once. Serve warm with Wasabi Cream.

Ginber Bok Choy Here's what you will need:
• 2 cups bok choy or choy sum, chopped into 1 inch pieces
• 1 red bell pepper, small dice
• 2-3 teaspoons fresh ginger, diced
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Heat oil over high heat in skillet or wok. Add ginger and cook for one minute. Add vegetables and salt and continue to cook for about 3 minutes until bok choy begins to soften. Remove from heat and serve warm.
