Parmesan Herb Stuffed Turkey Breast (Serves 6-8)
Here's what you'll need:
• 1 Celebrity Parmesan Herb Stuffed
Turkey Breast (3 1/2 lbs. avg.)
Defrost turkey breast in refrigerator overnight. Preheat oven to 350°. Place turkey breast on roasting pan and cook for about 25 minutes per pound until indicator button pops out.
Pan-Seared Rainbow Chard
(Recipe may be doubled)
Here's what you'll need:
• 2 bunches rainbow chard
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• salt and pepper to taste
Cut the tough ends from the chard and discard. Cut the leaves from center stems, and then cut the stems into 1-inch pieces. chard. Roll up the leaves of the chard and then slice thin, producing a ribbon effect. Sauté garlic in butter and oil medium high heat for one minute, then add stems, stirring occasionally for 2 minutes. Add leaves and continue to stir until the leaves are tender, about 3 minutes.
