Celebrity Barbecue Pork Ribs

Celebrity Barbecue Pork Ribs (Serves 4-6)
Celebrity BBQ Pork Ribs Here's what you'll need:
  • 2 pkgs. Celebrity Foods Babyback Ribs,
Prepared (1 1/2 to 2 lbs. each)

cook frozen ribs in 350° F oven for 15-20 minutes or grill over medium coals for five minutes each side. Microwave: Heat on high for 2-5 minutes.

Tex-Mex Black Bean Salsa (serves 6-10 as a side dish or appetizer)
(Recipe may be doubled)
Here's what you'll need:
  • 1 15 oz. can sweet corn, rinsed and drained
  • 1 15 oz. can prepared whole black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 red onion, finely minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 large tomatoes, diced
  • 3 Serrano or jalepeño chiles, minced
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime or lemon
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Combine all ingredients well. Serve with tortilla chips as an appetizer or at room temperature as a side dish.

Panch Pora Potatoes (serves 2-4)
Panch Pora Potatoes Here's what you'll need:
  • 4-6 Yukon Gold potatoes, scrubbed and cut into sixths
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons Panch Pora seasoning (available at Indian grocery
stores or spice vendors - make your own by blending brown mustard
seeds, nigella seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds and
fennel seeds
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Sauté minced garlic in butter and olive oil over medium heat in heavy skillet. Add Panch Pora seasoning and continue to cook until seasonings release their scent (about 2 minutes). Add potatoes and salt and stir over medium high heat for about three minutes until potatoes are well-coated with spices. Reduce heat to low and cover, stirring occasionally, for about 25 minutes, until potatoes are cooked through.
